Please note that there will be a registration fee for the meeting of £15 for BISA members or £25 for non-members. Membership of BISA is currently free, and the membership form is accessible here: http://www.bisa-web.org/how-join. The registration fee should not be sent with the registration form, but will be collected on the day.
Event: British and Irish Sound Archives’ Annual Conference
Venue: The Archive Centre, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DQ (directions, map, hotels)
This year's event will take place at The Archive Centre in Norwich, which is home to the Norfolk Sound Archive, The Norfolk Record Office and the East Anglian Film Archive. On Friday, 18 May there will be several presentations. Themes include establishing sound archives on a budget and sound recordings as academic research data.
