Four series of oral history interviews: interviews with past staff of the Royal Observatory about its work and nature, with astronomers at the Observatory, and with staff during site testing for the Northern Hemisphere Observatory, La Palma. 2. Documentary & News: Conferences at RGO on astronomy; copies of radio programmes on astronomy and RGO, and features on the relocation of the RGO, the 1954 Eclipse, and Halley's comet. 3.
